Concha y Toro sources the grapes for this 100% cabernet sauvignon wine from Chile's Central Valley. Delivering aromas of cassis, floral notes, coffee and toast and similar flavours of cassis with a hint of dark chocolate, this red is a delicious crowd-pleaser. The finish has firm tannins. Pair with beef tenderloin or lamb.

A full-bodied Malbec with intense black cherry and plum flavours with a hint of black pepper and vanilla spice. Food Match: Great with grilled meats, roasted vegetables or mature cheeses.

Bodan Roan is one of the west coast's new winemaking ventures. Rather than own its own costly vineyards, it sources grapes from small, family-owned and sustainably farmed vineyards across Lodi. This lets them keep the price down while the quality remains high. A cornucopia of flavors are found in this sustainable Chardonnay; orchard fruits like apple and pear, stone fruits like peach and apricot, tropical fruits like pineapple and kiwi with an undercurrent of citrus. Six months in a neutral barrel rounds out the entire experience with some buttery richness of the finish and creamy texture throughout.

Bodan Roan uses high quality grapes from select vineyard sites throughout California. The wine is fermented in both stainless steel and oak barrels but for aging very little new oak is used to allow the fruit and varietal characteristics of the wine to shine through. Matured in French oak for four months, Bodan Roan Pinot Noir offers intense aromas of raspberry and cherry, accented by a touch of earth and smoke. Balanced acidity and fine tannins lend structure to the lingering finish.
